Why is a Summer Intern Program so important?

Every year congregations who enter into the search process for a new minister are finding it a longer and longer process because the pool of minsiters continues to decrease. While at the same time many gifted and talented youth and young adults pass through our churches without anyone ever encouraging them to consider ministry. However, times are changing for now there is a growing pool of these youth and young adults who have decided to consider ministry. They are passionate about their faith and dedicated to the church... What they need now is YOU and your Congregation . . .
