2021 All Congregational Gathering
October 2, 2021
Christian Conference Center, Newton, IA
Plan to join your fellow Upper Midwest Disciples at the 2021 All Congregational Gathering either in person at the Christian Conference Center or virtually! The day will be filled with worship, fun, inspiration, connection, and the formal commission of our associate regional minister on her sabbatical.

Childcare will be provided from 10-11:30 and 12:15-3. Children will share in lunch with their parents.
COVID Precautions
In order to prevent the potential spread of disease, almost all of the day's activities will take place outdoors. Masks will be worn on the premises whenever a group is gathered, regardless of whether it it indoors or outdoors. Tables will be set up outside for lunch.
The business session and closing worship will be livestreamed for those who cannot or do not feel comfortable attending in person.

Offering received at the All Congregational Gathering will be used to help support Pleasantville Christian Church in their rebuilding efforts after the fire.
Business Session
The business session will be a hybrid format with some voting delegates joining in person and others joining in virtually. Please see your email for the meeting room link. Voting delegates that join in virtually will use the meeting platform to vote on the Proposed 2022 Regional Budget.
The ballot for Operations Council Representatives will remain open until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 2. Please see your email for the ballot link.

2022 Budget
The proposed 2022 budget is below. This budget was developed by the Budget Committee and sent to the Operations Council. The Operations Council approved the budget to be considered by the regional body. A discussion and vote will be held at the Business Session at the All Congregational Gathering.
