Boundaries Training – ONLINE Format –

This is an online opportunity for Upper Midwest Region clergy to meet their Boundaries Training requirements. This training is through Wesley Theological Seminary, Lewis Center for Church Leadership. This was originally created as a United Methodist training, but the Lewis Center welcomes the Upper Midwest Region to participate. The cost is $49.
You have 60 days to complete the training once you register and begin; you may go in and out, saving your work each time. At one point in the training you are referred to your denomination’s Regional policies – these policies for CCUMW are located on the Clergy Resource page of the uppermidwestcc.org website. After your completion, it will be reviewed and if approved, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you.
Boundaries Training – In-Person Format –
What: The Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center is pleased to offer Ethical Boundary Training for Clergy. Clergy from all denominations are welcome to attend. This training is sponsored by the United Church of Christ Central Association.
When: Thursday, August 30, 2018
Time: 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Where: Mayflower Community – Carmen Center (2nd floor Health Center) 600 Park St, Grinnell, Iowa
How Much: $50/person (lunch included)
This in-person training is available to anyone in the Region and meets the requirements for continued standing with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Upper Midwest.
